My car, in the garage, would not start. We had no luck starting it with a portable battery. So, rather than tow it, we found Fix it There Auto Repair on the web and called them. They were able to come the day after I called, replaced the battery, which was indeed the problem, changed the oil and topped off the brake fluid. They were on time, courteous, and very efficient. The price was reasonable and the convenience made it well worth it. Brittney even called a couple of days later to make sure we were totally satisfied. Great service!
Fit-It-There came to my apartment and got my car running. I had to be somewhere that afternoon and was freaking out about my car breaking down. I tried all the things in my limited knowledge (check battery, etc) and then decided to call the number for Fix-it-there, and they had someone to my apartment in about 30 minutes. The guy got my car running about 40 minutes after that and I was able to make it to my appointment.
He told me what I should do if there were any more problems. I figured he was going to charge me a ridiculous amount considering the service he provided and me not knowing much about cars (you know how some mechanics are), BUT he didn't! He was honest w/ me about what was wrong and charged me a lot less than I was expecting to pay.
I normally don't write reviews, but I figured I would for these guys b/c I felt like they did right by me. Good people, nough said.
Fixitthere Auto Repair has worked on several of my vehicles. They were able to fix various problems (hatch locks and handles, tires and engine repair) and did it very timely and professionally. I recommend them highly.
