 I was thrilled at the service I received here. Admittedly, my problem was an easy fix, but I didn't know that and I was prepared to drop my lamp off. But instead they replaced the socket while I waited and helped me pick out a gorgeous replacement shade as well as giving me some useful information for the next time I need to buy a lamp shade - bring in the harp! Would go back again in a heartbeat.
